php88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Provision of false or misleading information regarding your eligibility may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the php88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

php88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Withdrawal Processing: php88 endeavors to process withdrawal requests promptly. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to php88's internal procedures.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: php88 may require completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Wagering requirements associated with bonuses must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Currency: All account balances, transactions, and game results on php88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.

php88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass or complete identity verification (KYC) requirements.
• Violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• A player's own request to close their account.
• A player's enrollment in php88's self-exclusion program.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, php88 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where account closure occurs at the player's own request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

All content on the php88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game software, user interfaces, and underlying code — is the property of php88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php88 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
